Returns Policy for The Slay Cartel
This return policy is valid for all countries we ship to:
Australia, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore & United States.
You have the right to return 14 days after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned via post to:

The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defect received product.
Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Terms and Conditions for The Slay Cartel
1. General: These terms apply to all sales made through The Slay Cartel’s website to international customers. Purchases are subject to the legal statutes and consumer protection laws of the seller’s country.
2. Contract Formation: Your order represents an offer to purchase, which is accepted when we send an email confirmation that the product has been shipped. This confirmation email constitutes a legally binding contract between The Slay Cartel and the customer.
3. Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in your local currency and include any applicable taxes.
4. Customs and Import Duties: When ordering products from The Slay Cartel for international delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Liability: The Slay Cartel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of goods, or from any international shipping delays or issues.

Our orders are free of shipping cost above $120 aud. All orders under this amount will be charged (shipping calculated at the checkout), price starts at $9.25 aud.

DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express
The Slay Cartel ships products within 4 to 12 business days under normal circumstances. However, please allow for potential delays during busy periods. The shipping timeframe is estimated and starts from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delays due to customs processes, local delivery errors or other unforeseen factors are outside of our control but we strive to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible.
